Why I Live In Kingston Springs

My wife and I were both living in Nashville when we met. She was the next door neighbor who kept borrowing things. Since she was so beautiful, I found it hard to believe that she was actually interested in me. When I found out that she truly was, I wasted no time in proposing to her.

After marrying and continuing to live in Nashville, my wife became pregnant with our son Frank. I made up my mind right then that this country boy was not going to raise his son in the middle of that big city. But I didn’t want to move too far away. I still wanted to be able to enjoy everything Nashville had to offer.

I always enjoyed visiting her parents, who lived only thirty minutes away in a little town called Kingston Springs. I was just amazed at the town’s beauty. The area is full of hills and covered with hardwoods, and when I drive home at night, I see as many as three deer sightings. There are also plenty of turkey and as the name suggests, several springs run through these woods. There are plenty of places to hike and canoe on the narrow Harpeth River. Not only is this place beautiful, but the schools are excellent. Kingston Springs is the best kept secret in Middle Tennessee, as far as I am concerned. I love it here.

If you are looking for quick access to the city of Nashville, while still enjoying the benefits of living in the country, this little town on the west side is the place for you.

I pride myself in knowing as much as there is to know about the housing market here. If you are looking for an agent to assist you in the buying of property in this area, give me a call or send me an email. Thanks.
